As a result of the recent COVID-19 developments in NSW and on advice from NSW Health, we are recommending that ALL patients bring a mask/face-covering to use whilst in the waiting areas of the clinic.
We ask that you postpone your appointment if you:
Have travelled from VIC in the last 14 days,
Are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms (eg fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath),
Have come into contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19, or
Visited any of the COVID-19 hotspots at the specified dates and times.
If you have been to any of the current COVID-19 hotspots during the specified dates and time, you should self-isolate and get tested at a COVID-19 testing site, even if you have no symptoms. You must self-isolate for 14 days from when you were last at the location even if your COVID-19 test comes back negative as it can take 14 days for you to show symptoms or test positive.
If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, loss of sense of smell or taste, or unexplained fever, NSW Health recommends that you get tested for COVID-19.
If you do not have any symptoms but have recently travelled from VIC or have come into contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19, it is recommended that you self-isolate for 14 days.
We thank you for your cooperation as we take these further steps in order to maintain a low-risk environment in our practice.
